🚚 SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
We currently offer delivery across India for eligible Zestio products.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, Zestio may offer promotional free-shipping offers on selected products or orders.
📦 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing may take longer during:
- Weekends and public holidays
- Major sales or promotional periods
- High order volumes
- Product availability or inventory constraints
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase is successfully placed.
🚚 DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time generally depends on your delivery location, courier service and product availability.

🔎 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when tracking is available.
You can use the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment through the applicable courier service.
If tracking information does not update immediately after dispatch, please allow some time for the courier system to register the shipment.
📦 MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
For logistical reasons, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

- House/Flat number
- Street/locality
- City

- PIN code
- Valid phone number
Zestio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
📞 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their operational policies.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
Any applicable re-shipping arrangements or additional charges will be communicated to the customer.
⚠️ DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances beyond Zestio’s reasonable control, including:

- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Strikes or service interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when such situations occur.
📦 DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please contact Zestio Customer Support as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, retain the original packaging and provide photographs or other information requested by our support team so that we can review the issue with the courier or fulfilment partner.
🌐 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Zestio currently focuses on shipping within India.
International shipping may be introduced for selected products and destinations in the future. Any applicable international shipping, customs, duties, taxes and import requirements will be communicated when international shipping becomes available.
💳 SHIPPING CHARGES
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to specific terms, minimum order values, locations or products.
